TSI is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company. Today, we run two full service distribution centers in Madison and Green Bay. With over 100 employee owners to serve you, TSI can provide the design, products and services to meet your needs and make your project a success.

OUR HISTORY

1947 - Began as Wisconsin Furnace Company. The owners sold Armstrong Furnaces to the Madison area.

1966 - Wisconsin Furnace Company bought out Kerscher Metal Service (which dated back to 1899) in Green Bay, WI.

1967 - Wisconsin Furnace Company changed their name to Temperature Systems, Inc to better reflect the product mix. Kerscher Metal Service kept their name at this time.

1975 - Obtained the Carrier Franchise

1985 - Obtained the Bryant Franchise. Whirlpool, which TSI was currently selling, changed their name to Tempstar.

1988 - Kerscher Metal Service also became known as Temperature Systems, Inc. TSI essentially became one company with two operating locations.

2007 - TSI Celebrated 60 years of service!
