HVAC Dealer Sales Position
– Northwest Illinois and Northeast Iowa -
We’re looking for a top performer in HVAC sales and Territory Management to add as a key member to our Northwest Illinois and Northeast Iowa sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with many dealer connections in the residential HVAC market.
Your responsibilities focus on cultivating new and existing business to residential dealers and commercial contractors and include:
• targeting and recruiting new residential equipment dealers,
• calling on current customers and cultivating long-term relationships,
• introducing and selling HVAC equipment and supplies,
• bidding jobs, producing quotes, processing customer orders, assisting dealers with system application ideas
• providing customers with technical product information, and addressing customers’ issues and concerns
• assisting dealers with growing their business; help them with lowering their cost of operations and improving their return on investment.
Our candidate will have:
• an aggressive, self starter attitude focused on the end result
• 3 years HVAC dealer sales experience
• solid understanding of HVAC equipment,
• ability to communicate detailed information verbally or in writing with others at all levels
• excellent math skills
• strong computer and related software skills
• plan to reside in the sales territory
• knowledge of Carrier manufactured equipment a plus!
