REHAU: Advantages of Radiant Heat (Existing Course)
The course discusses the 6 benefits of radiant floor heating systems for residential and commercial applications.
1. Up to a 10 to 1 turndown or Full Modulation
2. Multi-pass counter flow 316 Ti stainless steel exchanger (200 ft. of Tubing inside the heat exchanger) 33 sq. ft. of heating surface area) with a 2" condensate drain, limited lifetime warranty.
3. Vertical heat exchanger to facilitate condensate and scaling evacuation.
4. The lowest fan failure in the industry, mainly because of our moisture management system. Low pressure (7.0 w.c.), high flow (14 GPM) through heat exchanger. Up to 20 GPM using 1-1/4" piping.
5. The only boiler with 3 - 5 degree differential (exhaust) at full BTU input versus return water temperature.
6. On Board boiler control or interface to DDC or Backnet capable.
7. Go anywhere venting: up to 240 ft. (each way), 480 feet total. Longest vent in the industry in PVC or CPVC.
8. Constantly lit LCD display board in plain English - Easy to read, No Error Codes to remember.
9. No Manual required after the initial set-up.
10. Multiplle boiler staging: rotation, run time display, simultaneous DHW priority function built in.
11. Ability to manage three different water temperatures with outdoor reset for each load and mulitple zone capabilities.
12. Built in low water cut off and manual temp. LImit switch on the 399.
13. Zero failures in US market to date.
